Fine Grade Landscaping has recently completed a backyard transformation in Boise, creating a firepit area with a historical aesthetic. This project was a fun challenge to blend classical inspirations with modern landscaping techniques, turning an ordinary backyard into a captivating outdoor retreat.
The centerpiece of the project is a firepit surrounded by a rounded retaining wall, designed to evoke the timeless elegance of old-world structures. The choice of materials was critical in achieving this aesthetic. We partnered with the property owners to select natural stones. This not only enhances the authenticity of the design but also blends the structure into the suburban landscape.

The firepit itself was constructed with both functionality and safety in mind, featuring a wide, open top that allows for ample heat distribution during cool evenings.
