"Working with Fine Grade was a great experience. We interviewed 3 providers and selected to work with Dillon and his crew based on many reasons:
1) Price - he was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive. His level of detail when contracting was clear, specific and reasonable. Any changes through out the project were handled professionally and timely. No surprises at the end.
2) Design - Dillon understood our vision, presented drawings of what we thought we wanted and executed the delivery perfectly. Concept to completion was done incredibly well and accurate to all the finishing touches.
3) Quality - everything was completed with the upmost quality. We continued through out the process to confirm accuracy and that our satisfaction was important. Clean up every day was impressive and the crew respected our property.
4) Follow up - with any project things happen. Before, during and after. Dillon has been true to his word of making sure we are happy with his project. Coming back afterwards to fix/amend a few things has been needed and Dillon and his crew are responsive and have been continuing to deliver fantastic work.
Dillon and his crew became like family to us. The project was not easy, it took a long time (as expected) and now the results are amazing! In the Spring I plan on having Fine Grade work on some front yard improvements since the builder's vendor did subpar work to begin with.
I'd refer Fine Grade to anyone! Small or large projects, concrete, landscape, hardscape, irrigation and everything in between!
